Four Featured Classes

Firstly, to update all concerned, the Didsbury Muay Thai classes held at Nuffield Health, Fitness and Well-being centre in Didsbury will start Saturday, March the 30th at 5pm… and will be scheduled every Saturday at this time from then on. We hope to see you there!

Secondly, we’d like to make our current and possible future clients aware of three special classes:

Beginners Muay Thai

Saturday, 9:00 – 10:00am

Whilst the morning beginners class is aimed at solely slowing down the fundamentals, and as such – it’s perfect for those just entering the sport – one of our current pro fighters was a regular member of this class only last year…

This is because, whilst breaking down the smaller sections of our art appears more appropriate for novice practitioners; in actual fact, *all* of our members would find this class useful. You’re never too good to brush up on the fundamentals!

Jnr Muay Thai

Wednesday, 6:00 – 6:45pm

Saturday, 12:30 – 1:15pm

For 5 – 11 year old children, this class is taken by CRB/DBS checked coach Jonno Chipchase. No matter your child’s experience, bring them to MFA, today. They’ll learn a practical martial art whilst getting fit, and having fun in the process. Perfect!

Young Adults Muay Thai

Monday, 7:00 – 8:00pm.

Friday, 7:00 – 8:00pm

For 11 – 17 year old, this class is focused on three key areas:

Muay Thai technique.

One of the main factors in being an affective teacher is making sure your student can take on the information you give. Another, that they’re physical able to apply what has been taught. Whilst Thai technique is the main pillar of our gym, we attempt to incorporate the above philosophy as a whole on these classes.

But don’t take our word for it. We hope to see you soon!
